All products are handmade to order. Small variations in colour, size, shape, and arrangement may occur and are considered part of the unique handmade nature of the product. Processing Time Orders are typically handmade and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Custom Orders Custom and personalised orders are welcome. Because custom items are made specifically to customer requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of purchase provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email contact@elisanarts.com. Pricing & Payment All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. Intellectual Property All product designs, photographs, videos, website content, logos, and written materials remain the property of Elisan Arts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Product Safety These products are decorative items and are not toys. Products contain small parts and should be kept away from babies, young children, and pets. Limitation of Liability Elisan Arts shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Information about our processing times, delivery options and international shipping. Thank you for supporting Elisan Arts. Every beaded plant is handmade by me and carefully packaged before dispatch. Processing Time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. United Kingdom Shipping Method: Royal Mail Tracked 48 Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch. Europe Shipping Method: Royal Mail International Tracked Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch. European Union Orders Elisan Arts does not currently participate in the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. Orders delivered to European Union countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to check local import regulations before placing an order. United States & Rest of the World Shipping Method: Royal Mail International Tracked Estimated Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch. United States Orders The United States currently applies import tariffs to certain international shipments. As the seller, I pay an import duty of 10% of the order value together with applicable handling fees before dispatch. These costs are already included in the shipping charges shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery. Worldwide Shipping I proudly ship worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact me at contact@elisanarts.com. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Elisan Arts cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer. Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy, eligibility and how to request a return or exchange. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Elisan Arts. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be returned: Unused In their original condition In their original packaging where possible Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives: Damaged Faulty Incorrect Significantly different from what was ordered Please contact me within 21 days of delivery at contact@elisanarts.com. In these situations, I will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund. Photographs may be requested to help assess the issue. Change of Mind Returns If you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or wish to return it for any reason not related to a fault, returns are still accepted within 21 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item has been received back in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Custom & Personalised Orders Custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Refund Processing Refunds are issued promptly after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible. Tips on how to care for your handmade pieces so they stay beautiful for years to come. Thank you for choosing a handmade beaded plant from Elisan Arts. With proper care, your beaded plant can remain beautiful for many years. Indoor Use My beaded plants are designed primarily for indoor display. They can also be displayed on a covered balcony, terrace, conservatory, or other sheltered area. Avoid Rain & Excess Moisture Please do not allow rain to fall directly onto your beaded plant. Many of my designs are displayed in ceramic pots that do not contain drainage holes and are not intended for watering. These are decorative art pieces and do not require water. Sunlight The high-quality glass beads used in my creations are designed to maintain their colour over time. Your beaded plant may be displayed in direct sunlight without concern for fading. Cleaning If your beaded plant becomes dusty, gently clean it using a soft brush. Avoid using water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials. Handling Although each plant is carefully handcrafted, excessive bending, pulling, or rough handling may damage the wire structure. Please handle with care. Child & Pet Safety These products are decorative items and are not toys. They contain small components that could present a choking hazard if detached. Please keep out of reach of babies, young children, and pets. Enjoy for Years to Come Unlike real plants, your beaded plant requires no watering, pruning, or special maintenance and can be enjoyed all year round.
